My massive amounts of followers (0) keep asking, what bubble tea party are you affiliated with? While I don’t like to get into politics, I will just for this post.
As a young adult and not knowing where my ideals were, I was easily convinced that strawberry bubble tea was the party I would always be affiliated to. Every time, I would gravitate toward this as the safe, conservative option and the fruit I enjoyed most in my bubble tea.
As I grew older, I found myself changing and wanting to explore different options, namely bubble teas. As a much older adult in my 20s with a career, I walked into a bubble tea shop that I had not been to and found one interesting drink that caught my eye, Thai Iced Tea with bubbles, herbal jelly, and pudding. I was surprised you could have so many toppings in one drink. It was a life changer for me and I found myself gravitating toward this every time I walked into a bubble tea shop.
To this day, Thai Iced Tea is the bubble tea party I consider myself affiliated with because I believe it represents change (changes color when mixed), orange, diversity (Thai – Asian), and it just tastes so good!
